Iftekher Agro & Dairy Farm is more than just a farm; it’s a sincere passion project and a testament to ethical agriculture in Chattogram, Bangladesh. The journey began around 2018 when the patriarch, Iftekher Uddin Khan, retired from years of government service. Driven by a lifelong love for animals and a vision for a healthier Bangladesh, he founded the farm with an uncompromising philosophy: ethical sourcing and animal well-being must be the first priority. This commitment translates into strict procedures for organic farming and cattle rearing. From the thoughtful sourcing of livestock for both premium dairy and Qurbani, to maintaining rigorous hygiene during the lactation process, every step is taken to ensure the resulting dairy products are of the highest grade and truly beneficial for people's health.

Joining this principled mission is his son, Shariar Siddique Khan. An avid animal lover himself, Shariar brings a modern, forward-thinking approach, expanding the venture’s scope. He is currently spearheading the import of advanced agro machinery to ensure efficiency and sustainability, while also focusing on organic vegetable farming to further guarantee a range of top-quality, pure produce.

Starting with a small team of just four people, Iftekher Agro has expanded rapidly thanks to its unwavering commitment to quality. Today, the farm employs over 24 dedicated workers and proudly serves around 2,000 clients across the Chattogram region.
